Every single ostomy behaves differently and has its own way and its own ‘routines’, which sometimes makes it quite difficult to give advice to others. On this page I’ll post the tips and tricks I’ve found working for me when it comes to performing sports with an ostomy :-)

Swimming

When it comes to swimming, i ALWAYS use one of Hansen Protection neoprene belts.

Cycling

Make sure to eat well ahead of a long bike training session if you want to aviod toilet-stops on the way
